"I had to cancel my flight…"
I had to cancel my flight and thought it was going to be a whole hassle, but it ended up being straightforward. You just follow the steps on the site, and everything makes sense as you go. I got the confirmation quickly too, which was a relief. The refund info was clear, so you’re not left wondering what happens next. Nothing fancy, but it worked well when I needed it, and I’m happy with how SAA handled it.

"Not the Most Comfortable for Me"
For me, it just wasn’t very comfortable. The legroom felt a bit tight, and after about an hour, the cushion started to feel hard. I had a hard time settling in and getting comfy.

"I had to move my flight date at..."
I had to move my flight date at the last minute and, i was already bracing myself for some stressful mess. But then I went on flysaa.com and... okay, never mind, it was actually straightforward. I could see the different options clearly, and the fee showed up before I paid, which I really appreciated. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes, and the new confirmation email came through right after. I went from expecting a headache to being genuinely impressed.

"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I had to cancel my flight on flysaa.com and, i was sure the refund was going to take ages, like ages ages. I filled out the refund request and got the confirmation email the same day, which was a nice surprise. The money was back in my account after about a week, so that was definitely better than I expected. Not much hassle at all, just a bit of waiting. Overall, happy with how it went

The meals was fine overall, just nothing super special. Drink service were a little slow, and my coffee was lukewarm by the time I got it. Not a bad experience, but it definitely could be better.

I was expecting the usual mess, but boarding was actually sorted. The lines moved fast, and the staff seemed to know what they were doing, so it didn’t feel too chaotic or... yeah, it was better than I thought

"Right on time and such a relief"
I flew with SAA recently, and what I remember most is the feeling of relief when everything actually ran on time. Boarding started exactly when they said it would, and we even landed a little earlier than expected. I had a connection to catch, so not having to sit around worrying about delays made the whole trip feel so much calmer. It’s one of those small things that sticks with you after traveling. I’d definitely fly with them again.

I’ll be honest, after I paid for the WiFi I wasn’t totally sure it was actually going to work or if I’d just wasted my money. But it ended up being great. I stayed online the whole flight, my messages sent quickly, and I didn’t have any annoying dropouts.

I used flysaa.com today to look up flights and book a return trip, and it was a smooth experience. The pages loaded quickly on my laptop, and I didn’t really have to hunt around for dates or prices. The booking steps were clear, and switching flight times was sorta simple too, which I appreciated. The payment page was straightforward, with no random popups or confusing buttons. "Voyager miles worked WAY better than I expected"
I’ve been using flysaa.com mostly for my SAA Voyager miles, it’s been better than I thought it would be. My miles usually show up after flights without me having to chase anyone down, which is a HUGE plus, and booking with points was straightforward.
I did have one small hiccup where a flight didn’t show up, but support sorted it out after I sent over my ticket details. The website isn’t perfect, but overall the loyalty program has actually been really useful for me.

"Check-in was quick and easy"
I used flysaa.com to check in for my flight, it was really straightforward. I just put in my booking details, chose my seat, and got my boarding pass — no hassle at all. The site loaded fine on my phone too, which was a relief. It took maybe five minutes total, always nice when one part of traveling isn’t stressful

"Joburg connection was honestly a mess"
I had a connection with SAA through Johannesburg and, yeah, it ended up being stressful. My first flight landed late, and once I got off, there wasn’t really anyone clearly explaining where I was supposed to go. I just kept getting pointed from one desk to another, which was, kind of frustrating when time was already tight.
I only made the next flight because I basically ran for it. My bag, of course, didn’t make it, and the updates after that were really slow. The staff weren’t rude or anything, but they also weren’t exactly helpful. I’d definitely avoid booking a tight connection with them again

"It was fine, maybe I just expected more"
The screens worked fine and everything, so I can’t really complain too much. Maybe I’m just picky or wasn’t in the right mood, but the movie choices felt old and nothing really stood out to me.

"Better than I expected for the price"
I booked through flysaa and had a good experience. I was expecting the fare to be higher, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was cheaper than I thought and still included bags. The flight itself wasn’t anything fancy, but it was comfortable enough and got me where I needed to go without any issues. For what I paid, it definitely met my expectations, maybe even a bit better. I’d book with them again if the prices stay this reasonable.

The morning flight left at a reasonable time, so I didn’t have to wake up ridiculously early. Because it landed with enough time to spare, I could get to my meeting without feeling rushed or stressed.
The return flight was later in the day too, which helped a lot. Since I didn’t have to leave early, I could finish what I needed to do and the whole trip felt much easier.

"Surprisingly decent lounge before my flight"
I was a little suspicious at first, like maybe it would look better in photos than in real life, but the lounge was actually clean and quiet. The snacks were decent enough, and the staff were nice without being over the top. Definitely made waiting for my SAA flight a lot easier.

"I had a really nice flight…"
I had a really nice flight, and the cabin crew made a big difference. I was a little tired because I’d been rushing around earlier in the day, so I really appreciated how calm and polite they were with everyone. Everything was handled smoothly, and it just made the whole trip feel easy and comfortable.
